The Problem
A typical software engineer spends 4-6 hours per weekon job applications — customizing resumes, writing cover letters, filling out the same 30 form fields across Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby. Multiply that by weeks of searching, and you've lost an entire month of productive time to repetitive data entry.
Most “automation” tools blast the same generic resume to hundreds of postings. The result? Low response rates, flagged accounts, and the nagging feeling that quantity without quality is just spam.
Our Approach
JobApplier.ai takes the opposite approach. Instead of spray-and-pray, we use GPT-5.4 to tailor your resume for every single job description — matching keywords, rewriting bullet points, and optimizing for ATS filters. Every application is unique because every job is unique.
We built native form handlers for the three ATS platforms that power most tech hiring: Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby. Our 58-category hardcoded answer system handles EEO, sponsorship, salary, timezone, and dozens of other common questions — deterministically, without burning GPT tokens on predictable fields.
